Just bought a used vehicle from James Brown here at Norm Reeves. The process was very smooth and did the negotiations on Friday and no back and forth they had the car priced right to start. Went in on Monday and I was in and out in about hour if that. Great experience. I definitely will be back to have James find my wife her car in the next few months!

Juan was very helpful in purchasing my new 2025 Outback Limited. I was looking for specific things on my car as he helped us find a few different cars to look that were in stock at the dealership by either test driving or showing different models to look at and making my decision easier. Great buying experience throughout the whole process.

It gives me great pleasure write how great service I received at this Subaru location. Chris and his team are very professional and helpful. Chris goes above and beyond to make experience at service center pleasurable and always ease my worries with concerns of my vehicle. My vehicle is a 2019 but the customer service always make feel like I have a brand new car. Thanks guys for all you do. Jesus you are still my go to person.

If you go here, ask for JASON. He was the best pre-owned sales person I’ve ever worked with. Nobody at the dealership asked that I write this post—just writing it to try and help someone else out. We got what we wanted for our trade and walked away in the car we wanted for the price we wanted with little to no hassle and Jason was a pleasure to be around for the whole process. We bought for my partner this time but when I’m in the market I’ll definitely be calling Jason to hopefully get me a Subaru. Thank you everyone at Norm Reeves Subaru.

This place is exactly what you want when buying a car! Cameron was amazing and answered every question. Gave us the price up front, before asking if we had a down payment or trade in. There was complete transparency and no pressure. They allowed us to take our time. Cameron offered a great package at a fair price. Devon closed the deal...again, no pressure. We had been to other dealers and felt like they were trying to scam us. Cameron and Devon followed up with us after the purchase and asked us about our car and if we had questions. Just great customer service. Pass those other dealers up and head straight to Rockwall to Norm Reeves Subaru and ask for Cameron!!!

Great dealership from start to finish. Started researching online and their website was smooth and didn’t glitch or timeout like some local competitors. Found what I wanted and went in for a test drive. No gimmicks no added junk. The price they advertised with savings was spot on. Purchase process was quick and easy and they even got me a better rate than my banks pre approval. Big thanks to all the staff for honest, personable, and joyful to do business with. Definitely recommend shoppers stop here first and speak with Angel, he is awesome!

This was one of the best car buying experiences! Ronald and all of the staff were so amazing. He was so patient while my daughter tried to pick the perfect used car. He then presented us with the option of a new 2025 Outback for the same monthly payment as a used car. (Thanks to discounts and low interest rates). There was ZERO pressure or back and forth games! Once we agreed on a vehicle, we were out the door within an hour! I will be purchasing a second Subaru for myself soon. I’m sure we will be a Subaru family for life now! So happy with the purchase and the deal. Ronald spent so much time explaining all of the features of the car and helped my daughter set everything up before we left! He worked so hard to get us the best deal with all the features she wanted.

Jason and Devon are two amazing people they say there and working together to help us get into a car and they even stayed late to make sure it went through they didn’t pressure us into buying anything we didn’t want and he listened to what we wanted and he made it happen there is nobody I’d rather buy a car from except those two
